We accept online payments through Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within India.
For COD orders, the customer must pay the applicable order amount at delivery.
Orders may be cancelled where delivery cannot be completed or where repeated refusals or suspicious activity reasonably indicate misuse of the service.
We will handle payment-related issues in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment provider’s procedures.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within India.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
