🔁 RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer a Replacement Only policy to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement is applicable only if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Product received is wrong

  • Items are missing

Replacement Window

  • Replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Proof Required (Photos Only)

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging are required

  • Photos should clearly show the issue (damage, wrong item, or missing items)

  • Requests without proper photos may not be approved

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be provided if:

  • Damage is caused after use

  • Minor color/design variations (due to screen difference)

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Refunds are completed within 7–10 working days after approval

⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
